With 25+ years of experience leading large, complex operations across India, the Philippines, Singapore, Ireland, the USA, and Mexico, Vikrant has built and scaled BPO and shared services organizations with up to 7,500 FTE and $140M in revenue. He has led global operations in Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, Vendor Management, and Shared Services for top firms including JPMorgan Chase, Convergys, Arvato Bertelsmann, American Express, and Conifer Health.
As Founder & CEO of CX Horizon, he now helps companies leverage flexible outsourced BPO and EOR solutions, delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring de-risked, scalable, and efficient operations.
Vik has lived in the Philippines since he moved in 2008.

Nams is Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at CX Horizon, where she helps businesses design and execute offshore strategies that go beyond cost savings to deliver sustainable growth, stronger teams, and measurable results. With over 20 years of leadership experience across hospitality, consulting, and outsourcing, she has driven growth for global organizations including Taj Hotels, Korn Ferry, and KMC.
Based in Manila since 2008, Namrata has a unique vantage point into the Philippines’ role as a global outsourcing hub. Known as a super-connector, she bridges decision-makers, founders, and industry leaders through trusted partnerships and curated networks, turning relationships into actionable solutions for companies looking to scale and thrive through offshoring.

Joel has been based in the US for the past 14 years.

Larry has shaped human capital strategies across multiple continents over 40+ years. He was India and Philippines HR Head for JPMorgan Chase, and played critical roles in Organization Development at firms like Alorica and Tenet Healthcare.
His extensive experience in leading HR across geographies brings invaluable insight to CXHorizon.
Larry now lives in the US.

Arvind is currently CEO of IPBiotech, chairs the board of Yitro Philippines and is President of the Upside Group.
Previously, over two decades at CSS Corp, he helped grow the organization from a startup to a 12,000+ employee multinational across nine geographies.
Arvind brings deep expertise in healthcare operations, infrastructure development, advise on transformative initiatives.
Arvind has lived in the Philippines since 2015.

Rao is MD of the LGO Group of Companies, pioneers in developing BPO and call center technology and tools, which are now deployed across multiple industries and geographies. LGO have also rapidly grown into one of the country’s fastest-expanding office space providers.
Nitender is an integral contributor to shaping CXHorizon’s strategic direction and has been based in the Philippines since 2012.
